Aretha Franklin angrily called out the New York Post, Newsday and Extra for reporting that Cissy Houston, in a snit over comments Franklin made in the wake of Whitney Houstons death, barred Franklin from attending Houstons funeral last week.

Franklin did not attend her goddaughters funeral for health reasons, not because of a rift between her and Cissy Houston, friends for nearly half a century, the R&B legend insists.

‘Walking Dead’ star mum about show’s main mystery

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Andrew Lincoln, who stars as Sheriff Rick Grimes in “The Walking Dead,” says he loves a secret.

That’s partly why Lincoln has told no one the answer to what’s become the biggest mystery of the AMC zombie drama: What scientist Dr. Jenner whispered to Rick in the season one finale.

“Not even my wife knows what he whispered to me,” Lincoln said in an interview Wednesday.

Lincoln said that in keeping the secret he feels he is being true to his character in the show.

“He chooses not to tell people so why would I tell,” Lincoln said of the sheriff.

Jean Dujardin Hilariously Auditioning for Villainous Roles

“The Artist” star Jean Dujardin is creating his own buzz ahead of the Oscars with a sketch on Funny or Die. The French actor is seen doing an “audition” for villain roles in big but imaginary Hollywood sequels such as “Die Hard 5″, “We Bought a Zoo Too” and “Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer 2″.

The video aims to highlight the common practice of hiring big European actors for spy/action thrillers. Dujardin started with the predictable flicks like “James Bond”, “Sherlock Holmes” and “The Bourne Identity” but ended up doing other quirky projects like “Bridesmaids 2″ and “Tyler Perry’s Madea’s French Vacation”.
